Mark J. Blackman, Ph. D., received his degree from Purdue University in Chemistry. His doctoral research was in Computational and Theoretical Physical Chemistry. However, he also has extensive and diverse experience in the fields of analytical, chemical and medical instrumentation. His most recent areas of interest include NMR (MRS); separation science, synthetic fuels from coal and concrete technology including surface preparation, coloring and coatings. He has participated in the development and support of new technologies, training methods as well as advanced applications of existing ones. He offers this expertise to clients who require design, service and training support, both traditional and Internet (web) based, for most electronic and electro-mechanical equipment used in scientific research and production operations, technical or general presentations and seminars. His extensive security and law enforcement experience provides clients with insight into personal, corporate and industrial matters and practices. He has recently been speaking to, and working with, local Chambers of Commerce, as well as other civic and community groups, to promote careers in science and is available for technical and general presentations and seminars. Special consideration is offered agencies involved in national security or public safety. |
